Telecaller – Real Estate | Pre-Sales Executive

Location: Chennai | Experience: 1–3 Years | Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Handle inbound & outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
Explain residential projects, location, pricing, offers, and USPs to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into site visits.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead follow-up and conversion.
Maintain accurate lead details and follow-up status in CRM.
Achieve daily/monthly calling, lead generation & site-visit targets.
Skills: Excellent communication, convincing ability, customer handling & target orientation.




Languages: Tamil & English mandatory; Hindi will be an added advantage.
Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass; Real Estate / Pre-Sales experience preferred.
