Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build solid client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a robust understanding of sales processes, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business prospects through market research, networking, referrals, outbound sales, and other channels. Generate and qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Develop relationships with prospective and existing clients and understand their business requirements. Conduct client meetings, presentations, product/service demonstrations, and negotiations. Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and sales presentations. Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to closure. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets. Build and maintain a strong network of clients, partners, and industry contacts.



Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, product, finance, and customer success to ensure smooth execution. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, activities, and sales forecasts in the CRM. Develop strategic partnerships and explore new markets, territories, and customer segments. Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, market feedback, and business opportunities to management. Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
