We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with potential students, explain our courses, and convert leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills and a passion for counselling students.

Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads generated from digital marketing campaigns
Explain courses, fees, and career opportunities to students
Schedule and manage student visits to the institute
Maintain proper follow-up and track leads in CRM
Handle queries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Convert inquiries into admissions
Build a positive relationship with students and parents

Required Skills:
Valuable communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Solid convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
Ability to handle objections and close leads
Positive attitude and target-driven mindset

Eligibility:
12th Pass / Graduate
Experience in telecalling / counselling is a plus (Freshers can apply)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
