Position: Telecalling Executive

Working Hours: 10am to 6.30pm

Working Days: Mon to Fri (Alt Sat Working)

Location: Kalighat - Kolkata

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential donors across India.
Promote solar projects and initiatives to encourage individual donations.
Explain the organization's campaigns clearly and professionally while addressing donor queries.
Maintain accurate records of calls, donor interactions, and schedule follow-ups.
Schedule and conduct timely follow-ups with prospective donors.
Achieve daily and monthly outreach and conversion targets.
Ensure a positive donor experience by maintaining qualified and courteous communication.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English,



Hindi and Bengali (additional regional languages are an advantage).
Positive interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. (BBA, B.COM , BA, B.SC, BCA,) or any other relevant field.

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
