Function: Risk Assurance & Compliance, Enterprise Security

Role Level: Analyst

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome)

Work Mode: On-site (First 6 months), Hybrid (as per the management’s discretion)

Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET)

Work Location: In office (Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra)

Reports ToTechnology & Security Risk Leader

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage vendor risk assessment intake queues and ensure timely processing of all requests
Conduct vendor due diligence and risk assessments for low- to mid-risk vendors independently.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather required documentation
Track assessment progress, manage SLAs, and follow up at regular intervals (every 12–14 days).
Triage and document vendor responses and findings in the TPRM tool (ProcessUnity)
Review vendor data access risks within internal systems and flag concerns to senior team members.
Send out security questionnaires to vendors and manage response tracking.
Maintain vendor lifecycle records using internal trackers and the ManageEngine ticketing system.




Respond to inbound client security questionnaires once a response library is established.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
0–2 years of experience in vendor risk, third-party risk, or a related risk or compliance function.
On-job training will be provided.
Exposure to at least one security or compliance framework: NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, or SOX.
Solid ability to manage and track multiple tasks and follow-ups simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication for coordinating across teams and with vendors.
High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach to work.
Comfortable working independently within defined workflows.

VALUABLE TO HAVE
Familiarity with TPRM tools such as ProcessUnity, or ticketing tools such as ManageEngine.
Knowledge of governance or data access risk concepts.
Any security or risk certification (e.g., CompTIA Security , CRISC) — preferred, not required.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
