Job Overview

ZenTara Productions is looking for a confident, proactive, and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads, understanding their requirements, following up with prospects, and converting qualified leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and introduce relevant services.
Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
Convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
Coordinate with the sales and creative teams when required.
Meet monthly lead conversion and sales targets.




Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, inside sales, business development, or a similar role.
Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
