Manage booking changes and customer queries.
Preferred candidate profile
13 years of experience in Travel/Tourism/Travel Sales.
Valuable communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Solid destination and travel package knowledge.
Customer-focused and target-oriented.
Graduate in any discipline; Travel & Tourism background is a plus.
