Role & responsibilities :

The candidate must have valuable practical knowledge of:
HT/LT electrical systems

• DG sets and transformers

• Electrical distribution and maintenance

• Pumps and pumping systems

• Plumbing and water distribution

• STP/WTP and sewage systems

• Fire-fighting and fire-alarm systems

• Lifts

• CCTV and access-control systems
Building/civil maintenance
Roads and external infrastructure
Storm-water drainage
Street lighting
Landscaping and horticulture

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering

Candidates with a degree/diploma in Facility Management may also be considered if they have solid technical experience.





Additional certification in Facility Management, Fire & Safety, Electrical Safety or similar areas will be an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of relevant facility/property management experience.
Experience managing large residential developments, townships, gated communities, integrated developments.
Experience managing multiple buildings/villas, common infrastructure and extensive external areas will be strongly preferred.
Experience in managing large teams, vendors and contractors.
