Salary: 25k-60k (+Unlimited Incentives)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team for our Haryana site.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle sales activities and customer enquiries at the site.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Attend and follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
Explain project details, pricing, location and other relevant information to customers.
Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the sales process.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth execution of sales activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.





Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales will be preferred.
Candidates with experience in property/plot sales are highly preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and smartphones.
Should be comfortable working from the Haryana project site .
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also be considered.
