Job Title: UNGM Tender Executive

We are looking for a candidate to manage UNGM (United Nations Global Marketplace) procurement opportunities, including tender identification, EOI/RFQ/RFP/ITB handling, bid documentation, quotations, submissions and follow-ups.

Responsibilities:
Search and monitor UNGM tender prospects
Review tender requirements and prepare bid documents
Handle EOI, RFQ, RFP and ITB submissions
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for quotations and technical documents
Maintain tender records and follow up on submissions

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in UNGM / international tenders / government procurement
Positive MS Word & Excel skills
Positive communication and documentation skills
Experience with GeM or other e-procurement portals will be an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
