15+ years of overall experience in IT services/product engineering with at least 8–10 years in large-account or complex program delivery leadership roles.
Proven track record of managing large, multi-year engagements for global banks or similar highly regulated financial institutions.
Solid technical background with hands-on or deep oversight experience across software engineering, digital solutions, data platforms, quality engineering, and AI/ML initiatives.
Demonstrated success in building and leading large, distributed delivery teams (preferably India + global delivery models).
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills at senior levels
Solid understanding of banking domain processes, regulatory landscape, and technology trends relevant to large global banks.
Solid commercial awareness, including experience with commercial models, governance, risk, and margin management in large accounts.
Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
