BLs will have ALs reporting to them. Branch Leaders will be responsible for business targets and Monitor Business Quality on various company parameters.
Plan to ensure business delivery on monthly basis
Monitor current agent performance and create successful agents
Track and guide activity of AL and agents on daily basis
Ensures training of products and sales technique to empower each team members
Ensure consistent business performance with operational effectiveness & control
Devise and implement initiatives according to the need of the branch and improve productivity of team
Ensure calendarized training on product and selling skills.
