We are looking for a Billing Executive (Female only) with experience in the transportation and logistics industry to manage day-to-day billing activities, verify transport documents, prepare invoices, and coordinate with internal departments and customers to ensure timely and accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare freight bills, transportation invoices and customer billing on a daily/monthly basis.
Verify LR/GR, POD, delivery challan, freight rates, vehicle details and other supporting documents before billing.
Calculate freight charges as per agreed customer rates, routes and contracts.
Coordinate with the Operations, Accounts and Customer Service teams for billing-related requirements.
Track and follow up for pending PODs and billing documents.
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, rate differences and documentation issues.
Prepare customer-wise, branch-wise and route-wise billing reports.
Maintain proper records of invoices, PODs and supporting documents.
Assist in customer ledger reconciliation and outstanding-related queries.




Ensure invoices are submitted to customers within the agreed billing cycle.
Handle GST, e-invoicing and E-way Bill-related billing requirements.
Prepare regular MIS reports related to billing and revenue.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial and customer information.

Required Skills
25 years of experience in transport billing / logistics billing preferred.
Good knowledge of freight calculation and transportation billing processes.
Solid working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and formulas.
Knowledge of Tally, ERP or Transport Management Software (TMS) preferred.
Basic knowledge of GST, E-invoicing and E-way Bills.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple billing activities and meet deadlines.
