Responsible for uploading the calling data, churning, and utlilising the data for optimum use.
Responsible for process target allocation basis the data/daily input in system, data consist of customer

information
Maintaining the Vertical Database and responsible for Allocation to VRM's
Making sure of data privacy while uploading and updating VRM's on call logs for lead generation.
Maximizing dialer efficiency and compliance.
Responsible for managing vertical Inventory (Laptop, Headset Assignment).
Skills and campaign management.
Real Time Queue Monitoring (RTQM). Monitoring of agent activity and engagement on campaigns.
Development and execution of dialer campaigns.
Preparing and sharing hourly reports and updates.
Data analysis and identification of recent strategies to improve company performance.
Monitoring and highlighting customisations required on dialer and reports.

Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi
MS Office proficiency
