Job Summary

Genix Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of accounting processes and be proficient in Advanced Excel and Basic Tally.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and expense entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
Reconcile bank statements and account balances.
Prepare Excel reports for sales, purchases, expenses, outstanding payments, and other financial data.
Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, formulas, sorting, filtering, and maintaining MIS reports.
Handle basic accounting entries and transactions in Tally.
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding bills, payments, and documentation.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Support the senior accounts team in day-to-day accounting activities.




Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.

Required Skills
Advanced Excel Mandatory
Basic Tally – Mandatory
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain records and documentation systematically.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Educational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
Candidates with relevant accounting experience will be preferred.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in accounting or a related role preferred.
Freshers with strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and Basic Tally may also apply.
