Experience: 5+ years
Certified in PT-102 OR PT-103 [Workforce Software Time Configuration Essentials]
Configure the WorkForce Suite, which includes setup functions, screen layouts, workflows, and calculations, according to detailed customer specifications.
Write complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills.
Perform unit and system testing of configured application.
Collaborate with team members to complete project assignments by set deadlines.
Assist WorkForce Software with data load and system initialization for go-live activities.
Responsive and follows through on customer requirements in a qualified and timely manner.
Assists with interviewing, training, and supporting team members
Reviews team member work for quality and accuracy
Participates in weekly resource allocation calls, weekly 1 on 1 meetings with WorkForce Software leadership, and bi-weekly catch-up meetings with WorkForce Software
Serves as a liaison between WorkForce Software and team members, working closely with each to drive objectives such as tracking bench time, ensuring proper communication, and addressing any concerns directly and proactively
