About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven

YouTube Channel Manager to manage, optimize, and grow our YouTube channel.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete YouTube channel and content calendar.
Develop and execute content planning &
YouTube growth strategies

.
Create and manage video content ideas, topics and content plans

.
Write engaging

YouTube scripts, titles, descriptions and other content

.
Optimize videos for

YouTube SEO, keywords, tags and search intent

.
Improve

CTR, watch time, audience retention and engagement

.
Analyze YouTube Studio metrics and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with Content Writers, Video Editors, Graphic Designers &
Faculty.




Plan and optimize

YouTube Shorts, Live Sessions &
Community Posts

.
Track competitors, trends and current YouTube opportunities.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in

YouTube Channel Management

.
Strong knowledge of

YouTube SEO &
YouTube Analytics

.
Positive content planning and content writing skills.
Understanding of audience growth and content strategy.
Robust analytical and creative approach.
Experience in

Education/EdTech will be an added advantage.
