Senior Production Executive (Fragrance & Aroma Chemicals)
Location: GIDC Naroda, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities
Supervise chemical batch processing, raw material dispensing, and precision aroma blending/compounding as per formulations.
Operate and monitor plant machinery, including reactors, distillation units, high-shear mixers, and filtration systems.
Manage shop-floor operators and contract labor across shifts to meet daily production targets.
Maintain complete Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), and equipment logs under GMP and SOP norms.
Coordinate with QC for sample clearance and Warehouse for raw material staging.
Ensure strict plant safety, solvent handling compliance, and spill control protocols.
Candidate Requirements
Education: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) or B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
Experience: 1 to 7 years in chemical, fragrance, flavor, or essential oil manufacturing plants.
Skills: Batch compounding, BMR/GMP documentation, manpower handling, shift planning, and chemical safety.
