Job Responsibility:
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company goals.
Ensure proper market coverage and customer acquisition.
Identify and develop current business opportunities.
Monitor wholesale/retail site performance and ensure audit compliance.
Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring smooth functioning.
Monitor stock levels, inventory management, and billing accuracy.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, compliance policies, and statutory regulations.
Maintain branch hygiene, branding, and display standards.
People Management
Supervise, guide, and motivate branch staff (Sales Executives, BI, DB, etc.).
Conduct training and performance reviews for the team.
Handle disciplinary issues in line with company policies.
Ensure proper manpower deployment for market visits and coverage.
Financial & Administrative Control
Monitor AR (Accounts Receivable) and ensure timely collections.
Control branch expenses and prevent revenue leakage.
Ensure proper documentation, legal compliance, and reporting to HO.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operational reports.
Coordinate with HO for supply chain, HR, finance, and marketing activities.
Communicate market feedback, competitor activities, and customer needs.
