FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE – MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY

Job Responsibilities:
Visit Retailers and explain about our product as per their requirement.
Build positive connection with business owners.
Follow-up for payments to the existing customers.
Handle order closures.
Submit regular sales and visit reports.

Candidate Requirements:
Freshers to 2 Years of Experience can be considered.
Valuable communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Stipend & Employment Terms:
First 30 Days: Training/assessment period with a ₹5,000 stipend.
Upon successful completion of the 30-day period, the formal employment offer will be released.
The regular salary cycle will start from the date of offer/confirmation.
Petrol/Travel Allowance will be provided as per company policy along with the regular employment terms.
