We are hiring Back Office Executives for the following functions:
Insurance Executive
Handle vehicle insurance-related documentation and coordination.
Prepare and maintain insurance records.
Coordinate with insurance companies and customers.
Follow up on insurance policies, renewals and related documentation.
Ensure timely completion of insurance formalities.
Sales Coordination Executive
Coordinate with the Sales Team for day-to-day activities.
Maintain sales-related records and customer details.
Prepare and update sales reports.
Coordinate vehicle booking, invoicing and delivery-related documentation.
Follow up with internal departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
RTO Executive
Handle RTO-related documentation and processes.
Coordinate with customers, RTO agents and internal teams.
Maintain records of vehicle registration and related documents.
Follow up on registration,



transfer and other RTO formalities.
Ensure documents are complete and submitted on time.
MIS Executive
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain and update data in MS Excel.
Collect data from different departments and consolidate reports.
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Prepare management reports as required.
Perform data analysis and ensure accuracy of reports.
Accounts Executive
Handle day-to-day accounting and documentation activities.
Maintain invoices, vouchers and financial records.
Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams.
Assist with billing, receipts and payment-related records.
Maintain proper documentation and data entry.
Support the accounts team in daily operations.
