We Sanmar Matrix Metals Limitied hiring for Melting Supervisor role in Viralimalai Location (Trichy).

/n

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech or Diploma.

/n

Experience: 4+ years from Steel Foundry industry.

/n
Ensure adherence to the production tonnege target and OTD

/n

Review the daily planning of Core Shop, Moulding, Melting and Pouring team.

/n

Ensure availability of raw materials for all the teams.

/n

Interact and direct teams on the daily plan.

/n

Ensure the adherence of the teams to the plan by planning deprtment.

/n

Ensure Man hour per ton is maintained as per requirement.

/n

Train workers on the procedures and safety practices.

/n

Inspect and ensure the updation of production log by the team.

/n

Co-ordinate and hadle external audits.

/n




Continuous improvement of process

/n

Ensure all the process adheres to their lead time.

/n

Co-ordinate with Quality department for quality tests at First stage.

/n

Review the calibration of equipmnets and maintenance of machines.

/n

Avoid spillages.

/n

Analyse and monitor weights from mouldiung to pouring.

/n

Maximise usage of returns for melting without affecting the quality.

/n
Rejection Controls

/n

Analyse the factors (Gaseous effect, shrinkage etc.,) for rejections.

/n

Direct teams fo reworks and corrective actions for rejections.

/n

Ensure NIL internal rejections.
