Oversee routine maintenance, servicing, engine diagnostics, and repair work for all school buses and transport fleet vehicles.
Conduct regular safety inspections, brake checks, and quality audits to maintain optimal vehicle safety standards.
Ensure compliance with all regional transport authority (RTA/RTO) regulations, fitness certificates, pollution checks, and insurance renewals.
Coordinate emergency roadside repairs and manage breakdown recovery if issues occur on transit routes.
Supervise drivers and mechanic staff, enforcing vehicle operation guidelines and safety protocols.
Maintain complete records of fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and repair costs.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
3+ years of experience in heavy commercial vehicle or fleet management.
Solid knowledge of vehicle mechanics, safety protocols, and regional transport laws.
