About the Role
The role will involve financial, operational, and analytical analysis across transactions, with a focus on operational diligence, integration, carve-outs, restructuring, performance improvement, and value creation initiatives. The role will work closely with deal teams and stakeholders to evaluate financial and operational issues, identify opportunities for value creation, and develop data-driven insights to support transaction decisions.

Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Analysis
Perform structured analysis across cost structures, KPIs, benchmarking, and operational performance to support value creation initiatives.
Support workstreams across Operational Due Diligence (ODD), integration, carve out execution, and value tracking.
Build and maintain financial models, trackers, and data-driven outputs to support deal teams.
Analyze management inputs and large datasets to develop explicit findings, observations, and actionable insights.
Tool Development & Knowledge Enablement
Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal tools, templates,



and analytical frameworks to support project execution.
Support the creation of standardized outputs, dashboards, and data structures aligned with deal requirements.
Capture project learnings and best practices to strengthen team capabilities across engagements.
Internal / Capability-Building Activities
Support knowledge development, research, and content creation initiatives.
Contribute to internal materials and analysis supporting broader team priorities.
Participate in initiatives focused on improving delivery quality, efficiency, and value creation impact.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in consulting, transaction advisory, value creation, or related analytical roles, preferably with exposure to deal environments.
MBA from a top-tier business school or equivalent relevant educational background.
