Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with prospective customers to understand their business and technical requirements.
Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing product and solution expertise.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and responses to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to design customer-specific solutions.
Respond to customer queries and provide technical or functional clarifications.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer requirements and pre-sales activities.
Conduct market and competitor research to support sales strategies.
Participate in customer meetings, webinars, and proof-of-concept (POC) discussions.
Ensure a smooth handover of projects from the sales team to the implementation team.
