Job Description – CDP (Continental)
Location: R City Mall, Ghatkopar, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 4 years
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass (mandatory)
We are hiring an experienced Chef de Partie (Continental) to manage the Continental kitchen section, prepare and present dishes as per standard recipes, maintain food quality and presentation, and ensure timely food service. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, managing daily mise en place, monitoring inventory, minimizing food wastage, maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety standards, and coordinating with the Head Chef and Sous Chef for smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in Continental cuisine, solid cooking and leadership skills, and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
