Job Title: Dark Store Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking experienced Store/Warehouse Managers to manage dark store operations across quick commerce segment. The role entails improving the packer productivity, manage daily store operations and improve KEY Growth metrics

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the dark store, ensuring seamless execution of order fulfillment, inventory management, and last-mile delivery.
Team Management: Lead and develop a team of Team Leaders, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.
Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve business objectives.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring a protected working setting.

Requirements:

Experience:
3+ years of relevant experience

Qualifications

• Experience in dark store/warehouse operations

• Solid leadership and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
