Job Description:

We are seeking a agile and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build solid client relationships. You will be responsible for driving sales of residential/commercial properties and providing exceptional service to prospective buyers.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels such as online portals, networking, and cold calling.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate property solutions.
Conduct property site visits and presentations to clients.
Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve targets.
Maintain and update the client database and sales activities report.
Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales campaigns.
Keep up to date with property market trends, prices,



and new developments.
Provide excellent after-sales support to maintain client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good networking and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet).
Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
