Role Summary

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end construction execution of large-scale Data Center projects, ensuring delivery in accordance with project timelines, quality standards, safety requirements, and budget objectives. The role requires extensive experience in mission-critical facilities, industrial infrastructure, or high-capex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all onsite construction activities for Data Center projects.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project schedules, progress, quality, safety, and cost performance.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and statutory regulations.
Drive construction planning, sequencing, resource management, and risk mitigation.
Conduct progress review meetings and provide regular project status updates to management.
Oversee testing, commissioning readiness, and project handover activities.
Resolve site issues proactively and ensure timely decision-making to avoid delays.
Ensure implementation of best practices in construction safety, quality, and sustainability.
