Deliver month on month targets for loan disbursals, focusing on the quality and quantity of Auto loans in the given territory.

Maintain relationships with the manufacturing team and work closely with them.

Develop strategies and business plans for further business growth in his territory.

Evaluate and monitor SEs' performance, and manage the gatekeeping of the sales process.

Ensure supervisory controls are maintained at all times.
