4.JOB DEFINITION

To organize, supervise and train all service personnel in hisdepartment with a view to providing quick and courteous service to guest.
DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

To organize train and supervise over therestaurant service team members for the purpose of giving satisfactory service toguests.

To be able to take complete charge in theabsence of the F&B; Manager.

To develop restaurant sales throughsetting high standards of service to guests.

To allot duties to subordinate team members.

To acquire through knowledge of Food&Beverage; control procedures and implement the same.

To handle guest complaints and ensureguest satisfaction through immediate action.





To inspect table cover layouts andequipment placement and settings before commencement of service.

To inspect all service team members.

To ensure positive overall maintenance of therestaurant.

To ensure valuable grooming and personal hygiene of team members.

To schedule duty shifts for subordinatestaff with the approval of the F&B; Manager.

To hold daily team members briefings and counselthem on their deficiencies.
