You will be responsible to handle customer calls in Hindi and English language, it is an inbound process. Calls will be related to support, service and complaints related to the services of our client.

Job Responsibility :
Responsible to handle customers through phone calls in Hindi and English language.
Working hours from 8 am to 2 pm with rotational shifts.
Working days: monday to friday (saturday and sunday are fixed week offs)
Five(5) days working
Six (6) paid leaves in every quarter
Medical insurance and PF provided on top of in-hand salary
Inbound customer service process
Process working hours from 8 am to 10 pm
Ample of growth chance.
