Position: Field Sales Representative

Location: Central Africa

Experience: 1- 5 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, retail, or distribution is preferred

Role Summary:

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Representative to drive sales and expand customer coverage across assigned territories. The role involves daily market visits, order generation, customer relationship management, delivery coordination, cash collection, and accurate sales and market reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit retailers, wholesalers, and other customers to generate orders and grow sales.
Work with local salesmen to develop recent and existing customer accounts.
Build solid customer relationships and follow up on customer needs.
Coordinate deliveries, drivers, routes,



and basic fleet activities.
Manage cash collections, outstanding payments, and credit recovery.
Collect and maintain accurate customer, market, competitor, and sales data.
Support merchandising, promotions, and product availability.
Maintain accurate daily reports and contribute to sales and distribution targets.
