Role & responsibilities
Build and sustain a base of ~150 active Sales Consultants.
Drive freelancer sales performance for Kolkata geography.
Execute offline onboarding playbooks, for each persona
Experiment, and recommend recent personas to recruit (as SCs) which can be replicated nationally
Conduct college events & campus presentations to reach out to the student fraternity, and encourage them to get onboarded as SCs
Tie up with local associations of technicians, designers, architects
Organize local meets in order to reach out to targeted personas
Encourage onboarded SCs to refer their friends/ colleagues
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates only from Insurance agency channel background.
Agency channel management, team handling experience is a must.
Bancassurance experienced candidates will not be considered.
Experience in any other industry will not be considered.
