GODOWN IN-CHARGE

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day godown operations and maintain proper stock records.
Receive, inspect, store and issue materials as per requirements.
Maintain accurate inward/outward stock entries and ensure physical stock matches records.
Update and maintain inventory records in Tally ERP.
Prepare stock reports and monitor minimum/maximum stock levels.
Coordinate with purchase, sales and service teams for material requirements.
Ensure proper storage, identification and safety of materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation for all material movements.

Requirements:
Minimum 01 years of experience in godown/store/inventory management.
Must have working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
Positive knowledge of stock/inventory management.
Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
