AG FinTax is a financial and tax services firm helping individuals, business owners, and professionals with Tax Planning, Tax Filing, Bookkeeping, CFO Services, Financial Planning, Wealth Management, and related advisory services.
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads and generate qualified leads for our services.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
Develop and manage LinkedIn Lead Generation campaigns.
Plan and optimize Google Search and other relevant Google Ads campaigns.
Conduct audience research, targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
Develop campaign structures based on different services and target audiences.
Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate high-quality, qualified leads, not just high lead volume.
Develop lead-generation strategies for Tax Planning, Tax Filing, Bookkeeping, CFO Services, Wealth Management, and other AG FinTax services.
Work with landing pages, lead forms, CTAs, and conversion funnels to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Coordinate with the sales/telesales team to understand lead quality and campaign performance.
Continuously test different audiences, creatives, ad copy, offers, and landing pages.
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor CPL, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality, and overall campaign ROI.
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
Use data to determine which campaigns, audiences, and services are generating the best-quality leads.
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
Solid understanding of lead-generation funnels and paid digital marketing.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
Solid knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
Experience with landing pages and lead-generation forms.
Solid analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to test, analyze, and continuously improve campaign performance.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
