Role Purpose

Lead frontline operations and associates to deliver secure, efficient, high-quality, and customer-focused performance . Drive daily execution against volume, productivity, SLA, and quality targets while building a robust performance and continuous-improvement culture.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage frontline operations and associates.
Drive daily volume, productivity, SLA, and quality performance.
Plan manpower, rosters, shifts, and resource utilization.
Monitor operational metrics and implement timely corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to Amazon SOPs, safety, quality, and process standards .
Drive Kaizen, continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives .
Manage operational escalations, peak-period execution, and business contingencies.
Partner with HR, RME, IT, Transportation ,



and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Coach, develop, and engage team members while building a high-performance culture.
Conduct regular performance reviews and identify prospects for process and people improvement.
