Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients on direct taxes, indirect taxes, FEMA regulations, and other relevant laws.
Maintain accurate records of client transactions and provide timely updates on financial performance.
Provide support on various projects related to finance and accounting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Robust knowledge of Company Law, FEMA regulations, Auditing standards (AS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Direct Tax Laws & Indirect Tax Laws.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for preparation of financial statements.
