Role Description The Growth Consultant is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for Disha Habitat's residential projects. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales funnel, and conducting property presentations and site visits for prospective residents. The Growth Consultant will plan and support marketing and promotional events, collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.



The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, gathering market insights, and coordinating with internal teams to improve conversion rates and overall customer experience.

Qualifications
Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, nurture opportunities, and close bookings.
Marketing and Event Planning capabilities to support campaigns, organize property events, and increase brand visibility.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience to track interactions, manage pipelines, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site, handle multiple priorities, and deliver results in a rapid-paced real estate environment.
Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or consumer sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
