Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Tester with 3+ years of experience in QA/testing, preferably with strong exposure to the Guidewire platform and P&C; Insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Guidewire applications.
Work on one or more Guidewire products: PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
Validate Guidewire workflows, business rules, product configurations, and insurance transactions.
Perform integration/API testing with external systems.
Identify, document, track, and retest defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, or similar tools.
Support SIT, UAT, regression cycles, releases, and Guidewire upgrades.
Work closely with developers, BAs, product owners, business teams, and other QA teams in an Agile/Scrum setting.
Validate data and perform database testing using SQL where required.
Contribute to QA process improvements and test automation initiatives, where applicable.





Mandatory Skills
3+ years of QA / Software Testing experience
Hands-on experience with Guidewire
Experience in at least one of PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter
Robust understanding of P&C; Insurance domain
Experience in functional and integration testing
Good knowledge of test case design, execution, and defect lifecycle
Experience with JIRA / ADO / ALM or equivalent
Positive communication and analytical skills
Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred

Valuable to Have
Guidewire Certification
Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) exposure
API testing – Postman or similar tools
SQL / database testing
Guidewire automation testing
Experience with Guidewire upgrades/migrations
Exposure to multiple Guidewire products
