Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to lead and support our Yanmar sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to improve performance.
Develop customer relationships and generate new sales opportunities.
Monitor showroom and field sales activities.
Ensure proper follow-up on customer enquiries and bookings.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with finance and other departments for smooth product delivery.




Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain Yanmar brand standards.

Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in automobile sales or a relevant sales field.
Experience in team handling and target achievement.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Knowledge of agricultural machinery or equipment sales will be an advantage.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for field sales activities.
