We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our team in Aurangabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and be focused on building client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring their needs are met and promoting our products.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet individual and team sales targets, while identifying potential market opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of the products offered and effectively present their features and advantages to clients.
Lead Generation: Actively search for new clients and lead opportunities through various methods, such as networking and cold calling.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports detailing performance metrics, client feedback, and market trends to the management.

Candidates should hold a graduate degree and have a proven track record in sales. Robust communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging effectively with clients. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is important. A results-oriented attitude and commitment to achieving goals are crucial for success in this role.
