NRole Description
nThe Real Estate Consultant role is a full time, in office position based in Greater Noida.
NThe consultant will be responsible for interacting with prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, recommending suitable opportunities, conducting property visits, and assisting clients throughout the transaction process.
NKey responsibilities include:

Generating and managing prospective client leads. N




Following up consistently with inquiries and existing prospects. N
Understanding client requirements, budgets, and investment objectives. N
Presenting suitable residential, commercial, and industrial real estate prospects. N
Conducting property andproject site visits. N
Maintaining strong knowledge of the Greater Noida real estate market, projects, developers, pricing, and upcoming opportunities. N
Negotiating and closingtransactions within company guidelines. N
Coordinating documentation and transaction-related activities with clients, developers, and internal teams. N
Maintaining accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and transactions. N
Using AI tools and technology effectively for lead management, research, communication, presentations, follow-ups, productivity, and day-to-day sales activities. N
Participating in regular training and continuously improving market and sales knowledge. N
