Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Tool Production: Manage daily operations in the tool room, ensuring tools are produced efficiently and meet quality standards. This includes coordinating workflows and managing resources effectively.
Team Management: Lead a team of technicians and workers, providing guidance and training. You will ensure that all team members are well-trained in using tools and adhering to safety protocols.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of tools produced, conducting regular inspections and tests. This ensures that all products meet the specified standards and any issues are promptly addressed.
Maintenance Oversight: Ensure that all machinery and equipment in the tool room are properly maintained. You will schedule regular checks and repairs to minimize downtime.
