We are looking for dedicated and friendly Counter Staff to join our team in Jalna. Candidates should have 2 to 8 years of experience and must have completed their 12th grade. This is a full time position that requires working from the office.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers courteously, addressing their queries and ensuring a pleasant experience.
Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the products and services offered to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Order Management: Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely service while managing cash and digital transactions.
Inventory Handling: Monitor stock levels, inform supervisors when restocking is needed, and help keep the counter organized and clean.
Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints professionally and seek solutions that satisfy the customer and align with company policies.
