Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Sales Officer to handle showroom sales, build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

n

Key Responsibilities

Handle customers and understand their requirements
n
Recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions
n
Generate leads and follow up
n
Prepare quotations and process orders
n
Build relationships with architects, designers, dealers & corporate clients
n
Coordinate with design,



warehouse & delivery teams
n
Achieve sales targets
n

Requirements

n

n
Strong communication, customer-handling & negotiation skills
n
Positive sales and lead follow-up skills
n
Ability to build long-term customer relationships
n
Experience in furniture, interiors, home décor, retail, B2B or B2C sales is a plus.
n
CRM/digital sales knowledge is an advantage
n
Bachelor's degree preferred
n
