Key Responsibilities:

Sub-dealer Expansion:

Identify, onboard, and develop new sub-dealers to expand market reach and increase sales of TVs and other electronic products.

Sales & Stock Management:
Ensure timely stock replenishment across dealers and sub-dealers to avoid stock-outs and maximize sales opportunities.
Payment Collection (Extraction):

Monitor outstanding payments and improve collection efficiency while maintaining healthy dealer relationships.
Retail Display Management:

Ensure proper display, visibility, and branding of products at retail outlets and maintain attractive shop front presentation.
Market Intelligence & Competition Mapping:

Track competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and product positioning to provide actionable insights.
Relationship Management:





Build and maintain robust relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, and retailers.
Operational Efficiency:

Demonstrate adaptability and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced sales workplace.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree only

15 years of experience in consumer electronics / durable sales (TV experience preferred)
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good understanding of local market dynamics
Willingness to travel extensively
