Role Description This full time, on-site Housekeeping Attendant role is based at Radisson Blu Resort Visakhapatnam in Visakhapatnam Rural. The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing amenities. The role involves handling laundry items such as linens and towels, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring guest requests related to housekeeping are addressed promptly and courteously. The Housekeeping Attendant follows safety and hygiene protocols, adheres to brand guidelines, uses cleaning equipment and chemicals correctly,



and works closely with the housekeeping team and other departments to support smooth daily operations.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong organization skills to manage room assignments, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in cleaning and room setup.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members in a polite, clear, and professional manner.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to respond to guest needs, handle requests efficiently, and contribute to a positive guest experience.
- Candidates should possess laundry handling skills, including proper sorting, cleaning, and care of linens and guest laundry items.
- Candidates should possess a willingness to participate in training and to learn resort standards, safety procedures, and new housekeeping techniques.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is beneficial, along with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety practices, reliability in attendance, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts are advantageous.
