1. Ensure cleanliness of Production area and Production machines in compliance with food safety guidelines
2. Mechanically inclined individual who can help troubleshoot their system
3. Ability to perform quality checks during the run, weights, seals and appearance of Product
4. Perform line change over, set up, start up, perform room cleaning and line cleaning
5. Report malfunctions or errors to supervising staff immediately and relay key information about the issue
6. Adhering to the safety regulations and protocol implemented in the packaging area.
7. Apply labels and transfer products to the final shipping area, keeping them organized to aid in shipping crew’s job
8. Complete paperwork and other minor administrative tasks at the beginning and end of your shift, carefully ensuring all information is entered correctly and clearly
9. Self-motivated, goal oriented, quality driven and capable of working independently with little supervision
10. Ability to effectively communicate with peers and Supervisors
11. Must possess the ability to work as a positive team member
12. Willingness to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays based on business need
