Role Summary

Senior Project Manager / Senior Scrum Master with primary accountability for end‑to‑end project delivery and Agile execution. Leads planning, tracking, and reporting for multiple projects, acts as Scrum Master for multiple teams, and mentors Junior Scrum Masters.

Robust, recent hands-on experience in Azure DevOps is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management (Primary Focus)

- Own full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define and manage scope, schedule, milestones, resources, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
- Perform capacity planning and align work with project priorities and deadlines.
- Ensure quality controls, conduct regular project reviews, and drive corrective actions.
- Provide clear, concise progress and status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.

Agile & Scrum

- Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
- Plan and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review,



and Retrospective.
- Work with Product Owners to maintain a clear, prioritized, and estimated backlog.
- Track and communicate with Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) and drive continuous improvement.

Azure DevOps Ownership

- Configure and manageAzure DevOpsboards, backlogs, queries, and dashboards.
- Ensure all work (epics, features, user stories, tasks) is accurately captured and updated in Azure DevOps.
- Standardize Azure DevOps usage across the team to enable consistent tracking and reporting.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

- Serve as primary contact for project status and delivery for business and technology stakeholders.
- Manage expectations, escalate issues early, and support decision‑making.
- Coach and guideJunior Scrum Mastersand project coordinators on project management and Agile practices.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong project management skills with demonstrable delivery of complex projects.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and related practices (backlog refinement, estimation, velocity tracking).
- Advanced, hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (required / highly preferred, per your hiring stance).
- Knowledge of Jira and MS Project is a plus.
- Good knowledge of PMI-based project management principles.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications & Experience

- 6-8+ years of total experience, including4+ years in project management and Scrum Master roles.
- Proven experience delivering projects usingAzure DevOps.
- Certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, PMP are highly desirable.
- Exposure to BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
